Steel H1 Low Profile 2 Bar Ladder Roof Rack for Transit Connect 2014-Newer Black

The Vantech H1 2 Bar Low Profile Steel system is capable of holding up to 500 lbs. (evenly distributed) and is designed to fit the 2014-newer Transit Connect by fastening onto existing factory bolts. The crossbars, made of 2" X 1" rectangular 14 gauge heavy-duty steel, are protected by non-slip plastic bar guards. The mounting uprights, constructed of 11-gauge steel and galvanized before powder coating, have an 8" extra wide base at a total height of 10.5". Each mounting upright features 4X 3/4" eyehooks for secure attachment, with rubber caps to prevent wind noise.

The system includes 1 ladder stopper to prevent the ladder from sliding forward, 1 ladder guide for easy bungee and tie-down, and 1 hook & loop strap for securing ladders within seconds (supporting up to 75 lbs). Additionally, the system is powder coated for added protection against rust, with a low profile design offering a height clearance of 10.5" from the roof of the vehicle.

With a maximum load capacity of 500 lbs. (evenly distributed), the system is compatible with XL & XLT models but will not work on vehicles with factory roof rails or Titanium models. The mounting bases, 8" wide and equipped with 4 eyehooks, make for easy bungee or strap tie-down. Each system comes with 46" crossbars for optimal support.
